Lisa participated in the Job Search Jam Sessions last Friday. She took part in one of the interview questions practice workshops that we held throughout the day. She also had an interview scheduled for 3:00 PM that day. She came out of the interview workshop with valuable feedback and ready to go.
At 3:00 PM, just before the sessions started, I announced that she was going for her interview and we gathered to send positive vibes her way (along with a honk or two)!
They may have worked. I heard from from Lisa that the interview not only went well but that Tuesday afternoon, the HR person had called with a job offer. Yes, she accepted and starts Oct 18th!
How about that for learning, sharing, and putting that into practice!
