Buddy Group - Forming in Newton/Needham/Wellesley area

Karen McIntosh participated last Friday at the Job Search Jam Sessions and heard about 'buddy groups'. She is looking to create one that would meet in Newton, MA:

Buddy Networking Group Starting - Newton/Needham/Wellesley area

I'm looking for people interested in joining a small weekly or bi-monthly structured buddy group limited to no more than 8 people.  Proposed location is Panera Bread, 120 Highland Ave. in Newton, just off Rte. 128/95 Highland Avenue exit. The purpose is to give and receive support in a more focused way and do a deeper dive into issues and requirements needed to land the job you want.  This group is for someone who wants to be accountable to a peer group, support others and be supported meaningfully in their job search, and contribute skills learned along the way.
